We are seeking experienced analysts/consultants specializing in warehouse management systems (WMS) to join our team.
responsibilities :
Leading a specification phase for a comprehensive solution or WMS entire solution.
Working closely with customers and internal team. Identifying customer challenges, giving advice. Helping customers increasing their efficiency with our software.
Leading and participating in workshops with customers.
Participating in project go-lives on site together with the rest of the project team.
Holding training sessions with Astro WMS® users.
Work with technical preparation such as configurating, setting parameters as well as testing and verify the system according to the customer requirements.

The ideal candidate can navigate high-energy and demanding situations, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, enjoys working with state-of-the-art IT systems
A degree in IT, Logistics, Engineering or related field, with a strong inclination towards IT expertise
Proven experience in application management or system implementation within the supply chain, particularly in WMS solutions
Deep Understanding of WMS Systems: A consultant should have extensive knowledge of various WMS platforms, including their functionalities, capabilities, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Polish
A customer-centric approach in all tasks
Change Management Expertise: Ability to facilitate organizational change associated with WMS implementation, including training end-users, managing resistance, and driving adoption
