Responsibilities
You will join a new Feature Team based in Warsaw, with peers located in France and India. With 11 colleagues and your direct manager you will maintain and develop Loan IQ – an application used by the Structured Finance teams. As a DevOps Engineer you will focus on deploying software to the production environment, working in Agile.
Scope of Responsibility
- Gather business needs and analyze / challenge them
- Define solution in line with Business processes and Back-Office organization
- Ensure that solutions are compliant with architects’ recommendations and production requirements (SLA)
- Write business requirements understandable by all stakeholders, including users and developers – usage of BDD
- Formalize and perform functional tests all along the development and before the Go‑lives
- Be a functional referent on the modules owned by his Feature Team, he/she is responsible to build and maintain functional documentation
- Design monitoring and set up KPIs aligned with Business expectations and IT follow‑up needs
- Ensure Level 2 production support: the Feature Team is responsible of its product – “You build it, you run it”
- As a member of the Business Analyst & Test Chapter, he/she takes active participation in continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking, Finance or IT
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst
- You are familiar with Structured Finance
- LoanIQ software experience is a big a plus
- You demonstrate strong analytical & problem‑solving skills
- You are confident with relational databases & SQL querying
- You work efficiently in Agile environment & BDD practices
- You show a test‑oriented and continuous improvement mindset
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well across cultures and functions
- You are customer‑focused, a team player and value partnership
- You are fluent in English (Polish or French will be an asset)
- You know BPMN & UML (nice to have)
