You will be part of the Cell & Gene Therapy Industrialisation (CGTi) program, focused on scaling and optimizing supply chain processes across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with global CGTi Supply Chain teams, IT Business Partners, and Product Managers to align technology solutions with strategic business goals.
Business Analyst (life science)
Your responsibilities
- Serve as the primary link between business and IT functions, leading the scoping and initiation phases of new initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT Business Partners, Product Owners, Developers, Testers, IT Architects, and external vendors.
- Promote harmonization of business processes across global sites through standardization of data models, applications, and technologies aligned with corporate IT and informatics strategies.
- Translate business strategies into technology-enabled solutions, supporting portfolio management, vendor selection (RFI/RFP/RFQ), and feasibility assessments.
- Ensure adherence to GxP requirements and produce high-quality documentation, including validation materials.
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities for process improvements and, where relevant, take on Squad Lead responsibilities.
Our requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience working on IT projects within the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technical workflows, particularly within supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools.
- Working knowledge of GxP compliance and validation documentation standards.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
- Experience working with SaaS products (Software as a Service) is highly appreciated
