Business Analyst – Krakow, Poland – Hybrid - 6+ months (CR/4001178)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Business Analyst for an assignment with a large FMCG organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Manage front-end and back-end transitions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Support application customization and enhancements for consumer-focused solutions.
• Work with decoupled architecture and oversee stakeholder management.
• Facilitate process analysis and mapping using Jira and Confluence.
• Utilize and support backend development with the Epsilon backend tool (or similar specialized tools).

Requirements for Business Analyst Role:

• At least 2 years of experience in this role.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Additional experience with Epsilon or Aris will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of process mapping and decoupled architectures.
