The opportunity

Working as a team/team lead in one or more Insurance projects for an international customer.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Interface and communication with onsite coordinators
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
• Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
• Interface with customer representatives as needed
• Traveling to customer locations on an as-needed basis
• Building a quality work culture
• Managing performance for direct reports, according to organizational policies
• Fostering teamwork and leading by example
• Training and mentoring project resources
• Participating in organization-wide people initiatives

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Over 3 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of banking or insurance solutions as a Business Analyst
• Experience working as part of a team to implement & support customer platforms in banking
• Ability to gather business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc.) and translate them into personalized configurations

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or insurance sectors
• Excellent documentation skills (BRD, TSD, FSD)
• Ability to act as a Module Lead, leading development and functional teams
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating requirements into technical language
• Analytical skills to identify root causes during testing

Additional Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Client and stakeholder management experience
