NATEK is hiring an IT Continuity & GRC Tooling Business Analyst to join an international bank and be part of a key cybersecurity initiative that ensures operational resilience and supports a secure digital transformation.
You will be part of the IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department in Portugal, ensuring core IT Continuity activities are performed by all the entities of the Group in compliance with the Group IT Continuity Cybersecurity and IT Risk framework, enabling the adequate protection of the environment.
responsibilities :
Functional Specifications – Draft specifications for new and enhanced IT Continuity modules in ServiceNow, define layouts, rules, and workflows, and validate technical feasibility with product owners and developers.
Development & Integration – Participate in Agile ceremonies, track development progress, address functional gaps, and validate prototypes and interim versions.
Testing & Validation – Design and execute functional test plans, coordinate user testing, track and resolve defects, and approve results before go-live.
User Training & Support – Create training materials, promote adoption, set up support channels, and gather feedback to improve usability.
requirements-expected :
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including at least a few months in IT Continuity, Resilience, or GRC tooling.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms, especially in designing workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage), virtualization, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) for documentation and stakeholder communication.
