Requirements:

• experience as a business analyst in banking - minimum 2 years in a similar position
• knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
• experience in analyzing business processes
• ability to model processes (e.g. BPMN)
• project work experience (Agile / Scrum is a plus)

Additional advantages:

Responsibilities:

• analysis of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
• gathering and refining business requirements
• process modeling (BPMN / UML)
• preparation of analytical documentation (BRD / user stories)
• collaboration with business, IT, and operational teams of the bank
• supporting the development team in interpreting requirements
• participation in testing and verification of implemented changes
