Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in Investment and Trading to join our team. The selected candidate will translate product concepts into actionable User Stories for our IT Development teams, reporting initially to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). This role is crucial in driving our vision and ensuring the seamless delivery of investment and trading products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers and IT teams, to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Analyze and document business processes related to investment and trading products, identifying areas for improvement.
• Translate complex investment and trading concepts into clear User Stories aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Define acceptance criteria with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of User Stories.
• Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to facilitate effective communication.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
• Champion the product vision and advocate for continuous process and system improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in investment and trading domains.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and trading strategies.
• Experience in writing User Stories and managing product backlogs.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a squad structure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with high commitment and proactivity.
