We are looking for a Business Analyst with insurance expertise for a project in the banking sector.
Joining the team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and optimizing processes, and providing substantive support for product and service development initiatives in the insurance area.
Your tasks
- Analyzing and reconciling business requirements and processes
- Organizing and conducting meetings and analysis workshops
- Preparation and approval of business requirements specifications
- Conducting feasibility studies for submitted requirements and changes
- Defining criteria for qualitative acceptance of changes
- Analyzing dependencies between requirements and prioritizing them
- Designing business processes and use cases
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or banking sector
- Knowledge of insurance (knowledge of bancassurance products welcome)
- Experience in business modeling (use cases, prototyping)
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence tools
- Knowledge of processes in Agile methodologies
- Willingness to work hybrid - 2 days a week in Warsaw office
- Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
