We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (he/ she) to support strategic projects for our client in the financial industry . Tasks: - Gather business needs and analyze / challenge them - Define solution in line with Business processes and Back-Office organization - Ensure that solutions are compliant with architects’ recommendations and production requirements (SLA) - Write business requirements understandable by all stakeholders, including users and developers è usage of BDD - Formalize and perform functional tests all along the development and before the Go-lives - Be a functional referent on the modules owned by his Feature Team, she/he is responsible to build and maintain functional documentation - Design monitoring and set up KPIs aligned with Business expectations and IT follow up needs - Active participation in continuous improvement activities Requirements: - Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking/Finance and/or IT - At least 3-4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst - Knowledge in Structured Finance and LoanIQ software is a big a plus - Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills - Relational database & SQL querying knowledge - Agile methodology & BDD skills - Customer service oriented - Test oriented and continuous improvement mindset - Good communication skills and collaboration with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds - Interpersonal skills and Team player - Very good command of English.
