For our Client from financial sector we are looking for a Business Analyst.

Location: Warsaw
Work: Hybrid (3 days from office)
UoP: 17000 PLN gross
B2B: up to 150 PLN/h net

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking/Finance and/or IT
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Knowledge in Structured Finance and LoanIQ software is a big a plus
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Relational database & SQL querying knowledge
• Agile methodology & BDD skills
• Customer service oriented
• Test oriented and continuous improvement mindset
• Good communication skills and collaboration with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds
• Interpersonal skills and Team player
• Very good command of English.

,[Gather business needs and analyze / challenge them, Define solution in line with Business processes and Back-Office organization, Ensure that solutions are compliant with architects’ recommendations and production requirements (SLA), Write business requirements understandable by all stakeholders, including users and developers è usage of BDD, Formalize and perform functional tests all along the development and before the Go-lives, Be a functional referent on the modules owned by his Feature Team, she/he is responsible to build and maintain functional documentation, Design monitoring and set up KPIs aligned with Business expectations and IT follow up needs, Active participation in continuous improvement activities Requirements: Degree, System analyst, Relational database, SQL, BDD, BPMN, UML Tools: Agile, Scrum.
