Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire Claims implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure business needs are met.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
Support QA activities, including test planning, test case design, and defect management.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and demonstrations with clients and internal teams.
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
