We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in Guidewire Claims and a strong background in Quality Assurance. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and tested to support the successful delivery of insurance technology solutions.
Business Analyst (Guidewire experience)
Your responsibilities
 
 - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire Claims implementations and enhancements.
  - Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure business needs are met.
  - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  - Support QA activities, including test planning, test case design, and defect management.
  - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and demonstrations with clients and internal teams.
  - Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  
 Our requirements
 
 - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or financial services domain.
  - Hands-on experience with Guidewire Claims.
  - Solid background in Quality Assurance processes and tools.
  - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.
