You will support IT solutions which are operationally used for our global spare parts business by resolving complex technical issues that impact business operations
You will act as an interface between business and IT departments, using your technical and business understanding to translate requirements between both
You will coordinate the implementation of new system features or changes, ensuring that they align with business goals and objectives, that they are tested and documented
You will identify root causes of technical or user problems and improve failure rates
You will analyze data and derive measures to optimize supply chain processes
Your duties will also include working on interdisciplinary projects/initiatives and working groups to optimize and digitize supply chain management fully
You will work innovatively with internal and external business partners in a relationship based on trust and strong communication, thus ensuring the supply for customers
You will support operating processes in the delivery, source, return, and warehousing environment

You have a high level of affinity with IT along with a strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software applications and support us with analytical problem-solving skills
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-understandable language
Understanding of relational database structures and data models, particularly in the context of supply chain and ERP systems (SAP, SQL-based databases)
Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data processing, automation, and problem-solving in supply chain analytics
You have a bachelor’s or masters degree in business information technology, in an economics- or computer science-related area, or in other relevant disciplines
Ideally, you have gained some initial professional experience in logistics and, therefore, have a basic knowledge of processes and process interactions in the field of supply chain and spare parts business
A basic knowledge of order fulfillment and material planning processes, as well as knowledge of the SAP data model in the areas of SD and MM, would be desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Business-fluent in English (min. B2/C1), with German being a plus to be able to communicate easily with (inter)national partners and present ideas to colleagues and stakeholders
