Who we're looking for?

• At least 5 years of professional experience preferably from management consulting companies
• Fluency in English
• Proven experience in business process re-engineering/optimization projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience as BPMS designer/modeler
• Knowledge about assessing and benchmarking existing processes and service offerings
• Ability to develop multi-level process maps using industry-standard notations (BPMN 2.0) and tools
• Expertise in BPMN, UML notations and tools
• Familiarity with Digital Transformation and experience delivering those types of engagements
• Experience in working in an Agile team
• Higher education in the field of Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related
