We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a project to implement an ERP system, including HR, Payroll, Finance and Accounting modules, in a large public institution.
Your tasks
- Analysis, modeling and documentation of business processes using BPMN notation
- Supporting the implementation of the HR‑Payroll and Finance‑Accounting modules of the ERP system
- Create functional specifications and technical business requirements
- Participate in project scheduling, progress monitoring and risk management
- Coordinating the work of project teams and ongoing cooperation with system vendors
- Preparation of documentation for data migration (field mapping, dependencies between systems)
Requirements
- Experience in implementing ERP systems, especially HR/Payroll/Finance/Accounting
- Min. 4 years of experience in business analysis, including process modeling in BPMN, creating use cases and functional specifications
- Familiarity with tools such as Bizagi Modeler or Enterprise Architect
- Proficiency in analyzing and describing finance, accounting and HR/payroll processes – min. 1 year or 2 projects in each area
- Participation in the development of migration documentation (field mapping, dependencies between systems)
- Implementation of IT implementations in large organizations (100+ employees), with emphasis on task, risk and communication management
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model – 1 day a week from the Warsaw office
- Fluency in Polish language required
- Residence in Poland required
