The company offers its products to OEM customers, as well as directly to the final results in many divisions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Business Analyst for ERP, CRM and MES Systems

Your responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough research on legal and regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.
• Developing and presenting detailed recommendations for optimizing business processes.
• Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
• Providing business stakeholders with a clear vision of their future (to-be) processes.
• Ensuring seamless communication between the business and development teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

Our expectations:

• IT-based university degree or comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Professional experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP or Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience in implementation and support projects for ERP, CRM, or MES systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English.
