About-project : Position: Senior Business Analyst - Asset Servicing You will join the IT Group Business Solutions Division, the software solution delivery factory for Euroclear. This division shapes and executes the strategic directions for the IT assets that serve Euroclear Bank, ESES, EUI, and the corporate divisions, in collaboration with stakeholders such as bank management, product management, and business and IT architecture. Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst for Asset Servicing, you will play a crucial role in modernizing our IT landscape. You will define the required changes and coordinate with Product Management, Operational teams, and other relevant stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Network, Risk, Legal) to successfully implement them. While the current focus is on waterfall methodology, you will have the opportunity to work with agile methodology in the future, driven by the ongoing company transformation. Produce solution business requirements. Coordinate with Application Development Owners to define the best way to deliver the service. Demonstrate understanding of the external market and internal clients, leveraging this to propose solutions that meet the business needs of internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the development of complex business cases and perform risk and impact analysis, engaging a wide range of stakeholders within business and IT. Ensure consistency across deliverables. Support IT colleagues through the project development process, including testing and deployment. Ensure BA deliverables are accurate and easily understood by a broad audience, whether for your own deliverables or when reviewing those of others. Identify best practices in business analysis, propose new initiatives, and implement them. Adapt to changes, adjustments, and instability in existing business processes and strategies. Persuade stakeholders of the potential benefits of change, even in situations where there is resistance and likely disruption to business. requirements-expected : Extensive experience in Business Analysis.
