Position Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be central to our clients transformation programme. You will analyse business needs, design effective solutions, and manage their implementation across different regions. Your work will directly contribute to improving operational models and achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and solve complex business problems.
• Translate complex information for a variety of audiences.
• Drive the requirements gathering process and design solutions.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential project issues and risks.
• Analyse impacts on the target operating model.
• Support programme management with detailed impact assessments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of change and implementation management techniques.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio.
• Background in banking, financial services, or shared services.
• Experience on complex, multi-region transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
