Join NATEK as a Business Analyst and support a global biopharmaceutical organization with integration and clinical data projects.
Initial projects duration: 6-month and 12-month projects.
responsibilities :
Gather and document business requirements using SMART or INVEST principles.
Create clear and structured documentation, including specifications, workflows, and requirement descriptions.
Translate requirements into precise user stories, acceptance criteria,
and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and align expectations.
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical implementation teams.
Set priorities and manage a well-organized product backlog.
Support Agile processes using tools such as JIRA and Airfocus.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Ability to translate business needs into well-defined requirements, using SMART or INVEST methods.
Experience in data processes, systems, and technologies within highly regulated (GxP) environments and the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
Familiarity with JIRA. Experience in projects delivered in Agile.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
