• Collaborate with development team and business stakeholders to clarify work requests, overcome design obstacles, and make timely decisions
• Transform business requests and ideas into technical requirements that can be implemented, including filling any gaps
• Responsible for delivering platform functionality from business idea inception to final production testing
• Identify development risks and contingency plans
• Manage requirements changes, anticipate inconsistencies
• Responsible for product backlog
• Participate in roadmap exercises to develop capabilities that address business needs
• Find opportunities for new features
• Solve design issues, develop clear action plans to resolve the issue, monitor results

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a distributed, international team
• Experience in designing and implementing products and business applications
• Very good communication skills, initiative, independence, ability to make decisions, solve problems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including a deep understanding of customers business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
• Independence in designing complex systems, functions and processes for customers
• Very good knowledge of English B2/C1 and Polish
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodology
