Senior Business Analyst (Poland)
Senior Business Analyst for a key client based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Models and analyses value streams, processes, roles and data, eliciting business needs and translating them into requirements and user stories
- Supports business experts and product owners throughout the requirements definition and software development lifecycle, maintaining and tracking requirements
- Evaluates existing systems, identifies solution options and contributes to business cases, feasibility studies, testing, quality assurance and change management
- Drives business process excellence by designing, validating and improving processes, coaching staff on changes and planning organisational transition
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define roadmaps, analyse performance, identify improvement opportunities and communicate objectives, scope and benefits
Requirements
Education
- 8+ years of experience in the field
- 5+ years in a similar role
Certifications
At least 2 valid certifications among:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
- Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent
- or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
Knowledge and skills
- Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution
- Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation
- Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis
- Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)
- Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
- Presents excellent analytical and communication skills
- Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
- Presents problem solving skills
Specific requirements
- Has knowledge or experience from projects in the area of authentic and false identity and travel documents
- Has knowledge or experience from projects related to systems processing large number of images
Language
- English at C1 level, with certification or availability to obtain one soon
Location
- Near-site position, within a maximum of 2h by car from Warsaw, Poland
