Oczekujemy

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL Oracle Developer, and Postman.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities with evolving project requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive data effectively.
• Proven ability to take initiative, maintain attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
• Experience in balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required; a Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Zadania

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, gathering and sharing business or development requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create JIRA items for the development team.
• Own the delivery of business requirements and ensure client acceptance.
• Manage Confluence pages, upload relevant information, and share useful content.
• Prepare presentations for clients, management meetings, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Oversee sprints in JIRA and facilitate Scrum calls to optimize team performance.
• Monitor infrastructure and software upgrades to mitigate risks of non-compliance and outages.
• Generate and manage ad-hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production checkouts.
• Draft project scope documents and manage book-of-work milestones throughout the year.
• Provide documentation for project closures and ensure seamless milestone completion.
• Assist with identifying and resolving production issues by offering effective solutions.
• Mentor new team members, deliver knowledge transfer sessions, and resolve project-related challenges.
