responsibilities :
Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
- Drive and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to align with business needs.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business processes and requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and actionable insights.
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, recommending improvements and supporting their implementation.
Documentation & Requirement Management:
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, project charters, and business cases.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure that requirements are tracked, reported, and resolved efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring effective communication.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and email communications to various audiences.
- Work closely with UX designers to prepare mockups and prototypes of proposed solutions.
Project Support & Implementation:
- Support the Project Manager in delivering project objectives on time and within budget.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure quality outcomes.
- Facilitate user participation during solution implementation and deployments.
requirements-expected :
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in an international setting.
Experience working on projects for large global companies.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
Agile environment experience and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to translate complex business problems into simplified solutions.
Solid understanding of BI Tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Knowledge of topics related to data analsyis and modelling.
Proficiency in MS Office, UML diagram drawing, and basic Jira functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English (C1 level) and Polish (written and spoken).
