Responsibilities
- Cooperate with business partners to understand their needs
- Create user stories, functional and non‑functional requirements, diagrams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop project documentation
- Support UAT tests
- Work with programmers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners as a team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst in IT
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology, BPMN, UML, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
- Proficient written and spoken English for technical communication
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, SOAP, REST
- Ability to create UX/UI mock‑ups
