Responsibilities
- Support the Team Leader and Project Managers in managing priorities in the backlog for the development of the CRM & RPA applications.
- Support daily operational tasks performed by the team.
- Gather high-level requirements, analyze regulations, and define project scope.
- Collect and analyze processes, procedures, and historical information.
- Map and analyze AS-IS processes, optimize, and define TO-BE processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.
- Prepare test scenarios after completing business analysis.
- Manage requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies with the Team Leader.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in IT/ICT, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; superior academic achievements are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership of responsibilities, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive in identifying issues and contributing to process improvements, with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to create BPM diagrams for AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
- Capability to translate business requirements into User Stories in Jira.
- Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry is a plus (but not a must).
- High ethical standards, strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitating workshops with business units across the company.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to read and understand technical English documents.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong documentation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to contribute to process optimization.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic project and operational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and domain-specific processes.
- Resilient and solution-oriented when facing challenges or changes.
- Good spoken and written business English, Polish.
