We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep understanding of Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and engineering systems to bridge the gap between our technical and business teams.

responsibilities :
Break down business processes and assist in optimizing them, with a focus on design platforms for transformer designers
Analyze existing CAD and PLM processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Gather and document business requirements from engineering stakeholders
Develop functional specifications for CAD/PLM system implementations and integrations
Create detailed workflow diagrams, use cases, and process maps
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and configure engineering solutions
Test systems to ensure they meet business requirements
Train users on new systems and processes
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
Stay current with emerging trends in CAD, PLM, and engineering software
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in engineering environments
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written is required
Demonstrated knowledge of CAD systems (e.g., Creo Parametric), Hands-on experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill)
Understanding of engineering workflows and product development processes Experience with requirements gathering techniques and tools
Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis
