responsibilities :
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Analyze business processes and customer journeys, identify areas for improvement, and support implementation efforts.
Collaborate with the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, creating epics, and writing user stories.
Participate in SDLC-related projects to improve testing practices, change automation, and compliance with security controls.
Deliver training sessions to teams on compliance processes, testing standards, and evidence documentation.
Prepare regular reports and insights for stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams to executive boards (Cyber ExCo, Risk Boards).
Support change management activities including communication, training, and implementation readiness.
Work with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Disciplined Agile).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, international environments.
Solid understanding of IT project lifecycle (SDLC), change control, and testing processes.
Experience with business process modeling, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), JIRA, and Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English (minimum B2/C1) – written and spoken.
Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a dynamic project environment.
