We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Wroclaw- HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

1. Analyze, challenge and validate business requirements and define and document detailed functional specifications, acceptance criteria and identify platform gaps if any.
2. Document user stories, business rules, process flows where applicable and work closely with the data modelers on designing the data models where applicable.
3. Work alongside product owners to prioritize work for the development teams.
4. Work with the technology team to ensure technical solution & what’s delivered aligns to the agreed functional requirements & features.
5. Lead user acceptance testing efforts and ensure acceptance criteria are met, follow the data governance process and escalate appropriately to the data owners for continuous improvement of the data quality.
6. Act as the go-between the product/business and technology teams.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

1. Understanding data models.
2. Decent SQL skill to query databases and analyze large data sets.
3. Familiarity with data distribution channels (APIs, Data Lake, Real-time Events).
4. Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional requirements, comfortable analyzing data from various masters, partner with product owners, data modelers and developers on the right solution.
5. Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
6. Working knowledge of SQL.
7. Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Office and Visio.
8. Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Qlikview preferred.
