Collecting and analyzing business requirements
Documenting processes and creating functional specifications
Collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
Supporting acceptance testing and solution validation
requirements-expected :
Experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce or digital projects
Ability to analyze processes and document requirements
Knowledge of BPMN, UML tools
Good knowledge of English
