About the department:

IT Dept. is responsible for IT infrastructure and Business system, such as desk help, network constructure, information security and sales management system, etc.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business and users requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
• Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users;
• Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
• Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
• Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department;

Your profile:

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent English and Chinese speaking, other European language is a plus.
2. Excellent logical judgement, communication and organization skills.
3. 1 years of business system related work experience.
4. Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. Structured and goal oriented attitude
6. Analytical, curious and proactive mindset
