? Description of the Role
As an Advanced Business Analyst, you will operate across business process optimisation, system analysis, and strategic planning to support the Application Delivery domain. You will:
- Elicit & Analyse: Gather and analyse business needs, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Requirements Management: Translate business and technical needs into formal specifications and manage requirements throughout the system lifecycle.
- Process Excellence: Model, validate, and test business processes using BPMN; collaborate with owners of end‑to‑end processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Strategy & Planning: Map business goals, benefits, and features; support both strategic and tactical planning activities for business users.
- Solution Identification: Assess existing systems and identify solution options aligned with business needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate scope, requirements, objectives, and business cases to stakeholders.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain structured analytical and project documentation.
- Proven experience in a similar role or project environment.
- Completed at least one full lifecycle of a software solution.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN for business process modelling.
- Familiarity with UML notations (state diagrams, capability diagrams, etc.).
- Proficiency in modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable participating in multilingual meetings.
- Fluent English (C1) is required.
