Job Opportunity: Agile Business Analyst (Data Analytics Focus)

Location: Cracow - Hybrid - 2days/week at the office.

We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to lead diverse analytics use cases that drive real business value. This role involves working across the entire data lifecycle—from engaging with stakeholders to delivering actionable insights through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements & Solution Design: Gather, document, and design technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Data Analysis: Map and join data across multiple sources; ensure data quality and governance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to align on solutions.
• Testing & Implementation: Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and oversee production readiness.
• Change Management: Drive change interventions like training and communication while managing expectations.
• Governance: Maintain compliance with operational risk and internal control standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience:
• 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst focusing on data analytics or business intelligence.
• Expertise in brainstorming, Agile story mapping, and process workshops.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SDLC, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with ETL, GCP, Hadoop , and market data domains (e.g., Trade, Risk, Pricing).
• Bonus: Python, Jupyter Notebook, or DevOps understanding.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to present data insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
