Business Analyst (Dynamics 365)
Join Reply as a Business Analyst focusing on Dynamics 365 Sales.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Dynamics 365 Sales topics.
- Capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales processes (lead & opportunity management, account/contact handling, pipeline reporting, etc.).
- Support the design and optimization of sales processes within Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Contribute to the configuration and testing of solutions, working with internal/external implementation teams.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support Customer Insights Journeys use cases and data alignment.
- Prepare and conduct user workshops, trainings, and testing sessions.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Monitor CRM usage, gather feedback, and support continuous improvements.
- Ensure alignment with CRM governance and data quality standards.

Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the CRM domain, ideally with Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices in B2B environments.
- Experience working with Customer Insights Journeys or similar marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, data structures, and reporting concepts.
- Comfortable working in a remote, international, and cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive tasks to completion.
- Agile mindset and experience working in iterative project setups (e.g., Scrum or hybrid models).
- Proficient in both English and Polish, with strong communication skills. German is a plus.
- Openness to a hybrid work model with occasional visits to our Katowice office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales or related modules.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (e.g., financial services / insurance).
- Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
