Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to join a team delivering large‑scale, business‑critical initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and business teams. Core Skills & Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of D365 CE capabilities, data model, security roles, forms, views, business rules, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Power Platform.
• Proficiency with agile backlog tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce clear, verifiable requirements.
• Experience with AI‑related projects end‑to‑end.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with enterprise‑scale or multi‑module Dynamics implementations.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, API‑based architectures, or middleware.
• Exposure to data‑driven or AI‑enabled business processes.
• Interest in automation, quality engineering, or ML‑related initiatives.
• Experience working in regulated industries (finance, telecom, insurance).
• Understanding of Power Automate, Dataverse extensibility, or low‑code governance.
