Data Visualization & Storytelling
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI or equivalent visualization tools.
Transform complex datasets into clear and intuitive data stories tailored for leadership and business stakeholders.
Ensure dashboard usability through strong visual design, logical architecture, and user centric layouts.
Document metric definitions, logic, assumptions, and data sources clearly and consistently.
Business Analytics & Problem Framing
Understand patient safety and quality workflows to contextualize analytical needs.
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems.
Define KPIs, metrics, and success criteria aligned with business outcomes.
Connect analytics to real operational decisions, ensuring insights lead to meaningful actions.
Communicate findings in a structured, concise, and non technical way.
Validation & QA
Prepare and execute test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation documentation.
Support controlled releases of dashboards and analytical products.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and the reliability of analytical outputs.
Collaboration
Work closely with domain experts, leadership, and cross functional teams.
Translate business requirements into clear analytical and visualization needs.
Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders using data-driven insights.
