responsibilities :
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Partner with business partners to understand objectives, challenges, and decision-making needs.
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
Translate business questions into clear analytical and reporting requirements.
Data Landscape Understanding
Maintain a high-level understanding of data architecture, data platforms, and data flows.
Identify gaps or improvement opportunities from a business perspective and articulate them to technical teams.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
Act as a trusted partner, advisor or consultant between business and technology teams. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure partner on board for data and AI initiatives. Drive alignment across functions to support smooth implementation.
Project Management & Coordination
Coordinate efforts across multiple functions for data and AI projects.
Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure work meets business objectives and compliance standards.
Technical Proficiency
Possess solid understanding of data platforms, SQL, Power BI, and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data ecosystems is beneficial for bridging business and technical discussions.
Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting
Gather and interpret business requirements to define analytical needs. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality and availability. Support and drive the adoption of globally approved tools, such as Power BI, to enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
Data Architecture & Engineering
Maintain a broad understanding of data architecture principles and standards. Assess existing landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with business needs. Familiarity with Microsoft data ecosystem (e.g., Azure, Power BI, Fabric) is beneficial.
AI & Machine Learning Innovation
Identify business opportunities for AI and ML applications (e.g., fraud detection, forecasting). Translate business challenges into functional requirements for AI solutions. Evaluate feasibility and ensure partner alignment for successful adoption.

Data & Analytics awareness: Solid understanding of data concepts, reporting, and analytics; hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI for analysis and validation.
Data Enthusiast: Passion for modern data and analytics solutions, backed by hands-on experience in data engineering, warehousing, and data science (AI/ML). Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential.
Experience in data warehouse (Fabric) development / administration is a plus.
Pragmatic approach: Willing to support initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to solution adoption.
Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in English.
