Your new role
This role focuses on driving strategic transformation and change in Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in wealth management processes, business analysis, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Assess and optimize existing processes, gather requirements, and document workflows.
Transformation & Change Management: Plan and execute transformation initiatives, ensure smooth adoption of new processes, and conduct impact assessments.
Wealth Management Expertise: Apply industry knowledge to improve workflows, collaborate with advisors, and stay updated on trends.
Project Support & Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, provide updates, and assist with testing.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data for insights, maintain dashboards, and support decision-making.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in wealth management.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products and processes.
- Proficiency in business analysis and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
