The opportunity: 

Business Analyst needed to join our team here at VML Enterprise Solutions. Working under your own initiative with required guidance and support, a business analyst with proven experience you will be part of the Business Analysis team and expected to take the initiative in ensuring the business needs of our client are fully documented, understood and met by the proposed solution.


What youll get to do: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis to understand and document the business requirements.
  • Identify problems and analyse potential solutions that align with the business objectives
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of the product goals.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and milestones.
  • Present findings, progress, and solutions to stakeholders and team members.


Immediate Responsibilities:

Creative Studio Integration:

  • Collaborate with the CS team, Architecture and Product forums and platform delivery team to define and refine the solution design for integrating Creative Studio into WPP Open.
  • Work closely with the CX designer to validate experience against business requirements.
  • Support the communication of the integration approach to relevant all stakeholders/forums.

Workspaces

  • Support the definition of Client workspaces and feed requirements into the client deployment framework
  • Collaboration with CX team to validate solutions covering various onboarding scenarios for the deployment of Client Workspaces
  • Collaboration with Core Tribe delivery team to validate solutions covering the various onboarding scenarios for the deployment of Client Workspaces
  • Support communications of product goals/objectives to all stakeholders

Agency “Landing Pages”

  • Define and document requirements for agency "landing pages” that align with the business goal
  • Support communications of product goals/objectives to all stakeholders
  • Work closely with the CX designer to validate experience against business requirements.
  • Collaboration with Tribe delivery team to feed in requirements


What you should have:  

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on web projects
  • Experience of managing client stakeholders
  • Ablility to run workshops with client stakeholders
  • Highly proactive, talented, enthusiastic, focused, eye for detail, professional. Keen to learn and to challenge for smarter ways of doing things; a team player proud of their work who wants to share it. You like working in a fast-paced environment and are ready to inspire outstanding online shopper experiences for consumers and brands, no matter what product, service, sector, device or channel!
  • Customer-first mindset, with the maturity and initiative to do what it takes keep our clients happy, including some working at client locations.
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of Agile software delivery
  • Knowledge of Business Process mapping and engineering
  • eCommerce and retail / brand experience
  • Production of high quality user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Analysis and design of systems
  • Ability to work on your own initiative to an agreed action plan
  • Strong communication skills - as this role requires a high level of communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Energetic, enthusiastic with strong attention to detail

You will collaborate with our UK project team, so we’ll need you to be available until 18:00 PL time.


Bonus points if you have: 

  • Scrum master experience
  • Experience working with multiple different e-commerce platforms


What we offer:

  • Salary depending on presented skills: Mid: 14 000 – 19 000 PLN; Senior: 21 000 – 27 000 PLN (B2B Contract)
