Support IT with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs in systems-related projects and programmes, often representing the voice of the customer and business in these discussions.
Be responsible for implementation management, including planning, controlling and reporting on the implementation of the change ‘product’, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimising risk during deployment.
Also manage implementation readiness and the early stages of implementation (e.g. pilot).
Work closely with the Process Consultants in reengineering projects, analysing and re-engineering world class business processes.
Need to be abreast with emerging technology and innovation and their application to solve challenges and improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank’s proposition and customer and colleague experience.

Knowledge and Experience: Excellent understanding of the change lifecycles, including 3+ years of working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodologies, and ability to apply best practices.
Excellent understanding of Change Framework and best practice techniques. Experience in analysis/requirements management techniques e.g., user stories, BDD style scenarios, e2e process flow or customer journey mapping, story mapping, elicitation techniques, gap and competitor analysis etc. Experience in leading analysis activities to support delivering customer-centric digital products and features. Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches Working experience with business stakeholders and product managers on product backlogs.
Strong experience of managing senior stakeholders. Track record of building sustainable relationships with diverse stakeholder groups. A strong and profound understanding of our regulatory change including engagement with second line of defence is an advantage. Change management experience in UK market is an advantage.
