As a dedicated Business Analyst within the Chief Client Office at AXA XL, you hold a crucial position in supporting our client-centric initiatives. Your role involves harnessing your analytical expertise to decipher intricate data, extract meaningful trends, and offer actionable insights that shape strategic decision-making. Collaborating seamlessly with local, regional, and global teams across AXA XL, you are instrumental in translating intricate business needs into effective solutions. Your commitment to enhancing client experiences and contributing to our organizational evolution is evident in your daily contributions as a valued member of our CCO function.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  1. Collaborates closely with members of the Client Function to define, strategize, and execute projects in alignment with our overall client strategy.
  2. Conducts both quantitative and qualitative analyses as necessary for internal purposes and for various governance bodies.
  3. Contributes to the creation of essential materials to facilitate discussions, enabling informed decision-making on critical strategic directions and execution matters for the CCO function, Leadership Team, and other pertinent internal governance bodies.
  4. Works alongside members of the CCO and Finance function to conduct assessments, audits, and financial valuation model reviews/business cases.
  5. Ensures effective initiative tracking by collaborating with initiative owners to develop and update roadmaps as required, while monitoring progress toward milestones.
  6. Provides comprehensive tracking and reporting of key metrics, showcasing advancement in project pace and the realization of value in comparison to the established plan.
  7. Offers support to the Chief Client Office by assisting in problem-solving and providing escalation support as situations demand.
  8. Initiates and propels communication, alignment, and coordination initiatives.

You will report to a member of the Chief Client Office Leadership Team.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

  1. Masters-level graduate showcasing effective analytical and strategic skills.
  2. Experience in consulting and/or corporate strategy, preferably within a financial services firm.
  3. Demonstrated autonomy and ownership in their work approach.
  4. Ability to effectively engage with their team and stakeholders of varying seniority levels.
  5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  6. Highly motivated to contribute to AXA XL and integrate seamlessly into a dynamic team.
  7. Exhibits traits of rigor, proactivity, and a genuine eagerness to acquire knowledge about commercial insurance.
  8. Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, enabling effective data analysis and presentation creation.
