Business Process Analysis: Model and document business processes, roles, value chains, and capabilities.
Requirements Elicitation: Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories from stakeholders.
Support for Development: Assist business experts and product owners in defining requirements and software development.
Lifecycle Management: Track and maintain requirements/user stories throughout the system's lifecycle.
Solution Design: Translate business needs into business requirements specifications and support solution design and testing.
Business Case Development: Contribute to the creation of business cases, feasibility studies, and options analysis.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, resulting in enhanced customer service, cost reductions, or revenue growth.
Business Architecture: Analyze and map business goals, benefits, project components, system features, and business architecture.
Change Management: Support business change management initiatives, coaching Frontex staff on process changes and new skills.
Workshops and Research: Organize and manage workshops, structured interviews, and market studies.
Performance Monitoring: Implement performance monitoring systems for business processes and strategic/tactical plans.
Our requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven experience in business process improvement and ICT solution implementation.
Certifications: At least two certifications from the following:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
Certified UML Professional (Foundation Level)
BPM 2 Fundamental Level
Or other internationally recognized certifications
Experience with BPMN notation for business process modeling
Strong knowledge of requirements/user story elicitation and analysi
Proficient in UML diagrams (capability, activity, state diagrams, etc.)
Experience using modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or similar
Business Process Management: Familiarity with formal methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge)
Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate findings and solutions
Business Architecture: Experience in modeling and analyzing business processes, value streams, and capabilities
