Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Work with Business stakeholders (Senior Management / SMEs) to understand and document their requirements and plan deliverables.
2. Effectively document and communicate business requirements to IT to help them implement system solutions and changes.
3. Drive UAT process liaising with business and IT.
4. Drive and lead conversations with stakeholders to ensure progress of owned tasks and deliverables.
5. Assist Project Manager and input into various reporting materials to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Up to 10-12 years of project management and business analysis experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
2. Proven track record of successful project delivery.
3. Experience in building business, functional requirements, and data lineage documents.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and systems impact analysis.
5. Knowledge and experience of Agile Delivery Methodology.
6. Finance/ Treasury/ Risk project background.
