Business Analyst – Data Architecture

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Data Architecture team. You’ll play a key role in aligning business needs with data-driven solutions, supporting projects that deliver real value across our organization.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Programme Managers, Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, and IT teams to define requirements, shape customer journeys, and deliver projects that align with our Ellipse delivery and DAO strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Data Architecture team to align projects with organizational data strategies.
2. Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and other methods.
3. Document business needs, develop customer journeys, and recommend practical solutions.
4. Support the translation of business requirements into technical designs with Solution Architects and IT teams.
5. Ensure successful delivery by supporting testing, deployment, and tracking project outcomes.
6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across markets and departments.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a data or technical environment.
2. Understanding of Data Architecture principles and their business applications.
3. Strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements.
4. Experience working with Agile teams, including Scrum Masters and Programme Managers.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. A proactive and solution-focused approach.
