responsibilities :
Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs
Identification, specification and analysis of business and system requirements
PO support in managing the product backlog
Active participation in development team meetings. Support for Business representatives in presenting their needs
Cooperation with other product teams, technical teams, Business representatives and PMO as part of project work
Creating and presenting reports, recommendations and product development plan (roadmap)
requirements-expected :
Experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst or Product Owner: min. 3 years
Independent in conducting business and system analysis
Experience in managing the product backlog
Knowledge of source data analysis techniques, estimation, prioritization and description of requirements
Knowledge of IT tools for business and system analysis
Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notation
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team
Ability to manage a project in both agile and traditional approaches
An additional asset will be: General knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
