As a Business Analyst you will be working for our client, one of the leading leasing and finance companies in Poland, supporting the development of digital solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline financial processes. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are successfully translated into clear, actionable requirements. Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).
responsibilities :
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements
Document functional and non-functional requirements with precision and clarity
Verify solutions through user acceptance testing and functional testing
Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to ensure solution alignment
Support project managers in stakeholder communication and project coordination
Maintain documentation of decisions, changes, and knowledge across initiatives
Identify process improvement opportunities within business operations
Translate complex technical information into understandable business terms
Ensure that proposed solutions meet compliance and performance standards
Provide analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in business analysis within IT or financial environments
Minimum of 4 years in a similar role
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and best practices
Ability to create clear and comprehensive requirement documentation
Experience in UAT and functional testing processes
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Jira and Confluence
Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and databases
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in complex project environments
