responsibilities :
Designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data systems and databases
Implementing data governance policies and ensuring data quality and integrity
Abstracting and aggregating data to prepare it for analysis
Ensuring data sets are fit for purpose and ready for modeling
Communicating complex findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborating with product owners, engineering, testing, and system teams on data requirements
Presenting reports and findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making
Recommending process improvements based on data analysis
Identifying opportunities to automate data analysis

Holding relevant higher education in data, IT, or a related field
Demonstrating strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Translating business requirements into technical solutions
Possessing hands-on experience in data systems, software development, or integration technologies
Understanding Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, or SAFe
Managing multiple projects effectively with strong organizational and time management skills
Communicating complex data clearly to diverse audiences
