responsibilities :
Gathering and clarifying business requirements from stakeholders
Translating requirements into functional specifications and user stories
Mapping and analysing business and IT processes
Creating customer journey analysis and product functionality documentation
Supporting subject matter experts in evaluating solution options
Managing product backlog and supporting roadmap evolution
Participating in change management and stakeholder engagement activities
Supporting implementation readiness, including pilot testing
Collaborating with teams on communication and training for changes
Applying Agile methodologies across project lifecycles
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in business analysis within complex environments
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Expertise in writing user stories and managing product backlogs
Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Experience with business process modelling tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing
Prior experience with requirements life-cycle management
Understanding of risk management in financial services
