responsibilities :
Conduct research and analysis on business operations and data processes to drive informed recommendations
Collaborate with Program Managers and Scrum Masters to align on project goals and priorities
Lead requirements gathering sessions through workshops, interviews, and document analysis
Work with Solution Architects and IT partners to translate business needs into technical solutions
Support the design phase by refining requirements and ensuring alignment with overall data strategy
Coordinate and oversee testing phases, tracking and documenting outcomes
Ensure quality through end-to-end project life cycle management, from requirement gathering to deployment
Facilitate training and support for business readiness and implementation
Manage relationships with stakeholders and senior management across multiple markets
Contribute to the development and adoption of business analysis practices within the organization
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, global projects
Proven expertise in data management, specifically data storage controls and movement
Proficiency in process analysis and mapping for large-scale change management initiatives
Advanced MS Excel skills, including functions like VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and IF statements
Strong stakeholder management experience with a proven ability to communicate across levels and regions
Hands-on experience with Agile project management and development methodologies
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven success in a global matrix organization structure
