responsibilities :
Gathering and clarifying business requirements across multiple initiatives
Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
Capturing, analysing and documenting business and IT processes
Supporting the definition of solution options in collaboration with technical teams
Creating and maintaining customer journey maps and product functionality analysis
Assisting in backlog management by writing user stories and prioritizing features
Participating in change management and stakeholder engagement activities
Collaborating in training and communication plans for solution rollouts
Supporting implementation readiness and pilot activities for new solutions
Managing requirements throughout the entire lifecycle from inception to retirement

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to analyse complex problems and design actionable solutions
Experience in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Understanding of security requirements in financial services projects
