The project is focused on supporting patients and customers experience through their journey mapping and insights. It aims to demonstrate the value and improve PX/CX centric approach across Informatics Product Lines.

Business Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Clearly formulate ideas, providing the appropriate level of detail for specific stakeholders, and ensure clear communication of objectives and requirements.
• Manage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Define and set the scope of the project/release/sprint.
• Translate requirements into specifications, using precise technical language, and create high-quality documentation.
• Anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Influence decision-making through analysis.

Our requirements

• High-level knowledge of one or more - Enterprise Platforms among the following:
• Customer Experience Measurement platforms (examples: Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, GetFeedback),
• Marketing Automation Platforms (example: Salesforce Marketing Cloud),
• Web Platforms (example: Adobe Experience Manager),
• CRM platforms (examples: Salesforce, IQVIA OCE),
• Service Management platforms (example: ServiceNow),
• Analytics platforms (example: Tableau).
• Practical knowledge in the scope of business analysis for IT solutions
• Knowledge of UX aspects and collaboration with UX specialists, including an understanding of the User-Centered Design process
• Practical knowledge of requirements definition techniques (use cases and scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Practical knowledge of analytical artifacts (process modeling, process mapping, conceptual and logical modeling, data dictionary, requirements modeling, business rules, decision tables, etc.)
