The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division contributes to Euroclear’s competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that does not compromise production stability, and we ensure applicative production support.
responsibilities :
Contribute to delivering new systems or modifying existing ones through business analysis.
Understand the needs of internal/external clients, mainly through interviews.
Identify, describe, and validate business solutions to meet end users’ requirements.
Document business requirements in a structured form for translation into functional and technical specifications.
Consider non-functional requirements such as equipment capacity, operating time, and desired results.
Assess the business implications of technology applications.
Evaluate the impact on internal teams and external clients.
Determine which business requirements can be automated and integrate these functions into business and IT processes.
Facilitate communication between business and IT communities.
Validate functional designs derived from business analysis.
Support the preparation and execution of testing phases and roll-out (e.g., client documentation).
Analyze moderately complex business requirements, processes, and IT systems.
