This role is instrumental in transforming a successful proof-of-concept into a scalable solution that delivers actionable insights at team and individual developer levels. These insights will shape best practices, training programmes, and performance enhancement strategies across a global developer community—setting a new benchmark for GenAI adoption in the tech industry.

responsibilities :
Review and build upon an existing productivity analysis proof-of-concept to define future roadmap and implementation strategy.
Analyse software development lifecycle and deployment metrics to measure the effectiveness of GenAI Coding Assistants.
Identify specific technical patterns and use cases where GenAI tools offer the most (or least) value.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to improve and refine analytical models.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations and support their implementation across development teams.
Partner with programme leadership to align insights with training, coaching, and adoption initiatives.
Drive knowledge acquisition and transfer to promote best practices across the developer community.
Help define and execute an MVP-based delivery strategy, with a focus on real-world outcomes.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within software development or DevOps environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC, deployment processes, and DORA metrics.
Familiarity with GenAI technologies, including tools like GitHub Copilot or similar coding assistants.
Experience in converting analytical insights into tangible business or operational improvements.
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Jupyter).
Good knowledge of data modelling and exposure to machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, PyTorch).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, especially for stakeholder communication and documentation.
Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset, comfortable in high-visibility, fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing knowledge-sharing processes, content creation, and community engagement.
